About me
Born in a small town in rural northern California, I studied language teaching and Japanese there for several years before transferring to University of Hawaii at Manoa. I recently completed my undergraduate studies with a major in Second Language Studies and minor in Japanese. Upon graduating, I taught at a charter school near my hometown for a year (August 2014--June 2015). I am currently pursuing Speech Language Pathology Assistant certification via Chemeketa Community College.
Some of my hobbies include drawing (click to view) and hiking. I am currently in the planning process of creating a website with consolidated hike information for the Monterey area as I explore it.
